Vicaris Bianco is een blond bier dat meteen opvalt met zijn levendige schuimkraag en frisse, uitnodigende geur. Korianderzaad en een subtiele florale toets van Saaz-hop zorgen samen voor een elegante, kruidige diepgang.
In de mond voelt Bianco heerlijk romig en zacht aan een aangename volheid die voortkomt uit de tarwemout. De rogge brengt een lichte kruidigheid met zich mee, terwijl gerst zorgt voor een stevige ruggengraat en een droge, verfijnde afdronk. De smaak is fris, met een levendige prikkeling van koolzuur die het bier sprankelend en energiek houdt.
Ondanks dat het alcoholvrij is, verrast Vicaris Bianco met zijn volle, gebalanceerde body. De zachte zuurtegraad maakt het extra dorstlessend perfect voor elk moment waarop je iets verfrissends én karaktervols wilt.
